hey, i'm amr, an architect-to-be working for a sustainable yet contextual future.
my name is amr, and i'm an architect-in-the-making driven by a belief that the most sustainable futures are rooted in the wisdom of the past. long before global supply chains and standardized solutions, our ancestors built with the land, for the land, using local materials and cultural understanding to create architecture that endured. my work seeks to reinterpret this inherited knowledge through a contemporary lens, crafting spaces that are environmentally responsible, contextually grounded, and deeply human.
however, i don’t see tradition as static. I’m equally interested in experimenting with heritage reimagined through contemporary design, exploring how identity can evolve while remaining inclusive and forward-looking.
my work moves between grounded, place-based architecture and conceptual exploration, seeking a balance between environmental responsibility, cultural continuity, and modern expression. through this approach, I aim to create architecture that is not only sustainable, but also adaptable, inclusive, and reflective of the diverse communities it serves.
