The design is composed of stacked concrete modules inspired by Safdie's Habitat 67, each behaving as an autonomous spatial unit while contributing to a larger vertical system. Rather than forming a continuous tower, the project steps, shifts, and cantilevers, producing terraces, voids, and framed outdoor rooms.
